Examples of sand casting and hybrid casting.
Achieved complex parts with a difficult-to-mold tooth shape through a unique technology that fuses sand molds and plaster molds!
Here is an example of hybrid casting. "We have a plan for prototype part manufacturing, but we were told that it is difficult to handle with conventional sand casting or machining, and we are in trouble," was the consultation we received. The prototype parts are large in size, and only a small part has a complex shape. Casting the entire piece in gypsum would incur excessive costs and lead times, and there is a high risk of internal defects. In response, our technical team brainstormed and experimented, and finally succeeded in achieving a one-piece molded hybrid casting that meets the required quality. As a result of the customer evaluating the prototype, we quickly received an order for the production model. Subsequently, we delivered over 100 units, receiving positive evaluations from the customer in terms of cost, lead time, and quality. [Challenges] ■ Difficult to handle with conventional sand casting or machining ■ Very narrow pitch shape resembling a serrated tooth ■ Other companies said that one-piece molding was impossible, whether in casting or machining *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.
